VITU VIWILI VINAVYOITOFAUTISHA BIASHARA YAKO NA ZINGINE.

Biashara zinazofanikiwa huwa zina upekee ambao haupo kwenye biashara nyingine yoyote ile. Hata kama kwa nje biashara hiyo inaonekana kufanana na nyingine, lakini kwa ndani ipo tofauti kabisa. Na utofauti huo wa ndani ndiyo unaoifanya biashara ifanikiwe sana.
Kuna vitu viwili ambavyo vinatofautisha biashara yoyote ile, vitu hivyo ni misingi au maadili ya biashara na kusudi la biashara. Misingi ni kile ambacho biashara inasimamia, ile miiko ambayo biashara inasimamia katika uendeshaji wake. Na kusudi la biashara ni ile sababu ya biashara kuwepo, kile kitu cha tofauti ambacho biashara hiyo inafanya kwa wateja wake.
Vitu hivi viwili, miiko na kusudi ndiyo DNA ya biashara yoyote ile. Hivi ndiyo vinaifanya biashara iweze kusimama licha ya kuwepo kwa changamoto mbalimbali. Kama ambavyo mtu akikatwa mkono hazai mtoto aliyekatika mkono, ndivyo hivyo pia biashara inaweza kuendelea vizuri licha ya changamoto za nje, kwa sababu msingi wa ndani ni imara.
Kwa biashara unayofanya au kutegemea kufanya, anza kujiwekea msingi au miiko ambayo utaisimamia kwenye biashara hiyo. Kisha jua kusudi la biashara hiyo kuwepo, inatatua tatizo au kutimiza mahitaji gani ambayo watu wanayo. Ukiwa na vitu hivi viwili, utakuwa na biashara yenye mafanikio makubwa.
