SIMPLICITY
Take a look around your room. What do you see ? Old clothes that you haven”t worn in a year or two ? School assignments or homeworks that you turned in ages ago but never bothered to throw away ? Old sports equipment that you never use anymore ?
It”s
amazing the way
things clutter our
lives.And it”s just
beginning.Throughout your life
you will acquire
cars , furniture , clothing,
equipmet , and even homes.Much
of it will
be things you do
not need.The things
you own take
up your time
and energy as you attempt
to store them , repair them ,
and search for
more.
Begin
the habit of
travelling light.Before you
make a purchase,
ASK YOURSELF , DO
I REALLY NEED
THIS , OR DO I
JUST WANT IT ?
At least once
a year , look
through your closets
to determine what
you can do
without.
BUY
FEWER THINGS.
Buy what
you need instead
of what you
want.SPEND LESS
MONEY ON THE THINGS
YOU BUY, AND HOLD
ON THEM FOR A
SHORTER TIME.
The
result will be
that you live
a simpler , more
carefree life.As a
bonus , you will
have more TIME and
MONEY with which
to do good.
Wiser spending means cleaner closets and a cleaner heart !
